The cottage was well-presented and cozy, with lovely period features. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals. The location was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxed getaway. the cottage had a good WiFi connection, which was a bonus for staying connected during our Christmas break.
To our stay. there was no breakfast included, although they did provide a basic welcome pack with tea, coffee, and milk.

Absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous little cottage! The location was stunning and the cottage itself had the perfect blend of old charm and modern amenities. The beds were super comfy and the cottage had everything we needed, including guide books and games. Parking was a breeze and the kitchen was well stocked. The WiFi was excellent and the cottage was in a great location for exploring the surrounding area. Highly recommend the Whistle Stop Valley and the Marsden Canal and Tunnel for families with young children. We also had fantastic days out at the Yorkshire Sculpture Park and York. Communication with the hosts was top-notch and the little touches, like milk and tea, were much appreciated. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to come back!
